Go to control panel->General->Custom Properties, screen as below:

Choose sales order, fill custom property name, choose property type, fill dispay name, as below screen:

Click add button, you’ll the see the result, as below screen:

Similarly, custom property for sales order item, you’ll see:

Then, click OK button, wait 2BizBox server restart, once the custom property interface disappear, custom property is completed.

2Search SO by Date, add a date type  ”Original Ship Date” to filter;

2BizBox upgrading program helps you upgrade automatically. Below shows how it works.

Introduction:
• The program can help you upgrade any 2BizBox old version you are using to its latest version.
• It is graphic design interface.
• The whole process of upgrading is done automatically. Except some steps need you click OK.
• Your old data will be saved and upgraded.
• The original database username etc don’t change.
• Once finished upgrade, you can restart 2BizBox system to check if the upgrading succeeded.

Environment Requirements
• The program only supports Windows OS, no Java need be installed as it has built-in Java.
• The program graphic interface supports Chinese and English. No function difference, just choose what you like.
• The program only supports 2BizBox installation package(or Zip package) released by 2BizBox officially.
• The program only supports the situation when MySQL embedded in 2BizBox. Otherwise, the program doesn’t work. Eg, 2BizBox connects other PC’s MySQL .
• The program upgrade 2BizBox server(2BizBox client also can be there). But if only 2BizBox client is installed, the upgrade program doesn’t work, you just need download the latest client version to install,it is ok.

Note:
There are some risks while running the program , so we here strongly suggest you reading the below information carefully.
• Ensure all 2BizBox installation path, MySQL Data have been backed up and kept safely.
• Close 2BizBox server,2BizBox client, MySQL Database.
• Strongly advise to close all applications in PC while running the upgrade program.
• Don’t do anything except the program pops out dialog window which needs your confirmation. While the program running, applications like MySQL will start or close several times automatically, just leave it.
• The program will last 5~30 minutes, even longer, it depends on your PC’s configuration, size of database etc. Please wait patiently if no error or exception occurs.
• If upgrading fails or is terminated, it will probably result in program version(Server and Client ) doesn’t match database version. Once it happened, better not re-execute upgrade program; to delete the 2BizBox installation path, recover with the backup files, then use the upgrade program to upgrade again.
• Once upgrading finished, all 2BizBox original data will be kept and upgraded. Please check it by login again.
• The program will record every single detail of upgrading. Any exception or error happened, please copy the log to 2BizBox forum to get help.
• If the upgrading failed, delete the files under 2BizBox installation path, recover all original data with the backup files.
• Strongly advise to close all anti-virus software to avoid interruption. We found that some anti-virus software can block the upgrading as it may think it is virus.
• Please confirm you fully understand all risks the program may bring. You will undertake all loss and consequences caused by the program.

Upgrade Method:
The program is released in Zip form. Unzip it in any location, double click the run.bat file to start it.
Then choose the interface language you like. All functions are same in two languages.

Go to main upgrading plate screen, click start upgrade; you can also click exit to end the upgrading. After that, one warning message pops out, click Yes to continue.

After that, it requires you to choose 2BizBox installation path, as below screen:

Then, just let the program help you do all upgrading.

If the upgrading finished successfully, the window as below will appear ;

When upgrading ended, exit. Login 2BizBox to check if upgrading is right.

Q: Why the program size is so big?
A: In order to upgrade from any before 2BizBox version smoothly,it has built-in Java environment, the latest 2BizBox server and client program, MySQL etc.
Q: What kind of OS the upgrading program supports?
A: It has been tested on Windows XP、Windows 7(Included Chinese and English version)
Q: Which version the program supports to upgrade?
A: Until now, it supports 2BizBox v3.0.0、v3.0.1、v3.1.0、v3.2.0beta、v3.2.0beta2.
Q: What I should pay attention to while running the program?
A: Backup. Do backup all 2BizBox installation paths and keep it safely. If the upgrading fails, backup can help you recover all.
Q: If the database password changed, the upgrading can be done smoothly?
A: Yes.
Q: If error or exception occurs while upgrading, what’s the result? The upgrading can be continued?
A: If that case happened, the database probably will change. At the moment, better not re-execute upgrading program, delete the 2BizBox installation path, backup with backup files to recover, do upgrading again.
